Natalie is so excited for Christmas, she has been begging to put up our Christmas tree for weeks. We finally caved on Thanksgiving and she was so excited, now it always has to be plugged in when she is awake. Anyway, before we get to the Christmas season, we have some other pictures to update you on:
For Halloween Natalie was a butterfly. We went trick-or-treating at Patrick's school. Natalie loved it. Here is Natalie with her friend Eliza.

Natalie trick-or-treating, she was a mute the whole time, but smiled really cute whenever she wanted to get candy.
Here is Natalie with some of the other kids that went trick-or-treating. The whole front row with Natalie are her friends and some of her preschool buddies (R to L: Katelyn, Myleigh, Jaycee and Natalie).
We went to Chicago the day before Thanksgiving and explored the aquarium, figured out the buses, went to Giordano's (a famous pizza place), and walked around shopping downtown. Here is Patrick and I waiting for the bus. It was a very fun day.
We enjoyed Thanksgiving with some friends (sorry no pictures). Then the day after Thanksgiving we went to downtown Milwaukee to ride the Jingle Bus. It's a bus tour of Milwaukee's City lights. It was the perfect length and Natalie loved it. Here she is all ready to go. We kept waiting for Patrick to get ready (he was watching the end of a football game) and she was so excited she kept telling him it was time to go DAD!

Natalie waiting for the bus to leave.

Walking around the downtown mall after the bus ride. They have a life size orchestra of mechanical bears that play Christmas music on the hour. Natalie had to watch the whole show.
Natalie loves it when her dad 'cuddles' her in blankets.

Here is Natalie by our undecorated Christmas tree. She loves her Christmas dress, but it took some convincing for her to take pictures, as you can see. She finally decides to twirl for the camera.
After church today Natalie was getting ready for naps when she decided she needed to go potty (she has been potty trained for a couple of weeks now and has done very well, which we are grateful for). After she went potty she wanted her potty treats and seeing as how her parents were both very tired Patrick gave her fruit snacks to take to bed with her. When he went to check on her about 10 minutes later this is what he found.

Natalie's other new thing lately is being in comfy clothes. Many days, when we are home you will find her in her comfy pj pants. She is so cute and growing up way too fast. Sorry for the picture and information overload. One more quick thing. Natalie is getting very excited for her new baby sister and is always asking if the baby is awake and moving so she can feel her kick. She also will periodically come up to my tummy and try to wake the baby up or talk to her. She is so funny, I just hope she is still so excited when the baby actually gets here!
